Born near Lecce, south-east Italy, now based in Turin where she moved to get a Master’s degree in Cinema and Media at University of Turin in 2018. Before that, she lived, worked and studied between Florence, Bologna and London.
Over the years, Alessia tried to know the cinema industry from as many sides as possible, so she approaches critical writing as well as working on film sets, even if her major working field was Festivals. She joined TorinoFilmLab in 2021 covering different roles. Now she is FeatureLab and Audience Design Project manager, and festival and community event coordinator.
Ana has a degree in Communication and a master’s degree, specializing in Cinema/Television. She began her professional career at Radiotelevisão Portuguesa in 1989. She also worked as a freelance producer, director and scriptwriter. During her career, she also coordinated a communications office in a municipality followed by working in the Communications/Digital Marketing department at Visit Portugal. She has been working as an executive director at the Portugal Film Commission since May 2023.
A film industry expert and Creative Europe MEDIA expert specializing in international co-productions and talent development. She leads film:lab and team4set.com, and has designed training programs across Europe. Her work focuses on empowering new talent and building sustainable models for film education and market integration.
Daniel is a German independent producer. He studied International Producing at the Filmacademy in Ludwigsburg after working in the industry in a variety of roles for TV and commercials. He co-founded 70 STEPS with Junus Baker in 2019. He is an Alumnus of the International Screen Institute and the UCLA Extension. He participated in programs such as the Documentary Campus ('21) and EAVEs 'Ties That Bind' ('24/'25). Daniel is a certified Green Consultant.
Filmmaker based primarily in Tokyo. Her short film “Who Sank Your Ships?”, inspired by her time as a military photographer, screened at over 50 festivals worldwide. She holds an MA in Film Studies from the Steve Tisch School of Film at Tel Aviv University and is currently developing her first feature film. Ella served on the LIM selection committee, tutors for the Talents Generator Factory, and has directed animated and documentary shorts across Asia. A passionate traveler, she’s often found filming from the back of a motorcycle.
Enrico is on the selection committee for Pardi di Domani at Locarno Film Festival and works as Creative Advisor for MASO and Ambassador for LIM - Less Is More. Since 2010, he has collaborated with festivals, particularly Venice Film Festival and TSFM, which he co-founded in 2016. He also co-founded Varicoloured (2018), Talking Shorts (2020), and Talents Generator Factory (2022). In 2021, he joined the European Film Academy.

Florencia has worked with companies such as FilmSharks, AMBI Distribution, Blue Fox, and Cinema Management Group, where she handled animated titles like “Noah’s Ark”. She currently collaborates with Paris-based boutique sales agency Reel Suspects and serves as Marketing Director at Kaiju Cinema. She holds degrees in Film & TV (UBA) and Entertainment Business & Management (UCLA Extension).

Throughout his career, he has participated in conferences and given workshops at various events, including the European Film Market, San Sebastian Co-Production Forum, BrLab São Paulo, Locarno Industry Academy, Ventana Sur and SANFIC Industria, among others.
A distinguished leader and innovator with thirty years of experience in the entertainment industry, has made it his life’s work to empower storytelling around the world. He has held key production roles as the Head of Physical Production at Amazon MGM and Sony Screen Gems, a Sony Pictures Company and is a tenured member of the entertainment community. Additionally, Gainor co-created an innovation studio for Sony and is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. He is an honoree at the 2025 Xposure Photography & Film Festival held in Sharjah, UAE, and a recipient of the Social Impact Producer of the Year award presented at the 2024 Venice Film Festival.
Gugi bridges global documentary ecosystems as a producer/executive producer (films at Busan, Locarno, DOK Leipzig) and Programme Director of In-Docs, driving initiatives like Docs by the Sea to empower Asian storytellers. As Hot Docs’ International Programmer, he champions emerging voices. A mentor and strategist, he advises on story development, impact campaigns, and equitable co-productions centering underrepresented communities. His curatorial expertise spans Sundance Documentary Fund, IDFA Bertha Fund, and EURIMAGES committees, while jury roles at CPH:DOX, Cannes Docs, and Ji.hlava IDFF underscore his leadership. A sought-after speaker, he reshapes industry norms through advocacy and inclusive storytelling frameworks.
Cultural anthropologist, freelance film curator, and programmer with nearly two decades of experience in the global film festival circuit. She holds an MA in Visual and Media Anthropology from the Free University of Berlin and a BA in African Studies and Politics from SOAS. Nsiah has held key roles in numerous festivals, including Co-Director of the Cambridge African Film Festival, Producer of the Real-Life Documentary Film Festival in Accra, and Assistant Producer at the Rio International Film Festival. She has contributed to Berlinale’s Panorama section as Guest Manager, co-directed and curated the UHURU African Film Festival in Rio de Janeiro, and programmed for Film Africa London. She has also served as Programme Director at the Africa Film Society in Ghana and worked as a project manager for an African film industry platform with the Goethe-Institut. Nsiah was part of the Berlinale-Forum selection committee for four editions, co-curated the special programme Fiktionsbescheinigung, and is currently a member of the Berlinale Competition selection committee. She also co-curates for the Africa Film Festival Cologne (AFFK) and curates for the streaming platform Cinelogue.

He is a producer, cultural manager and teacher. He holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication from ORT University and a Master's Degree in Education. Promoter of several Uruguayan cultural projects including DETOUR.uy and revistafilm.com. He worked from 2010 to 2014 at BuenCine in charge of theatrical distribution of Uruguayan and foreign films. In 2013 he created the Festival de Cine Nuevo, the only Uruguayan festival dedicated to emerging national cinema. In 2014 he launched RevistaFilm.com, where he writes and edits texts about cinema in Uruguay. In 2016 he launched the first digital database of Uruguayan cinema, cinedata.uy. He is a partner and executive producer of Chucho.tv, a company dedicated to animation, where he produces and edits short and feature-length children's works. Coordinator of the En Breve section, dedicated to short films, in the 2024 edition of the Ventana Sur market, which took place in December 2024 in Montevideo, Uruguay.

As its producer he is involved in the production of films like “The Klezmer Project” (Berlinale Encounters-Best First Feature), “Animal” (Locarno Competition- Best Actress Award,) “Cocote” (Locarno FF- Best Film S.O.L) and “Far from Us” (Berlinale Forum). He is currently involved in the production of films by Radu Jude, Manuel Abramovich, Maureen Fazendeiro and hand-picked first feature films. As a director he is preparing his new film “Landscapes of Fear”, presented in Cannes L´Atelier.
Multicultural creative producer with 15+ years in international co-productions across films, TV, and documentaries. He leads ALBATROZ Media, developing projects between Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay, and is an associate at BOAT Media, a VFX company. He has collaborated with regional partners and produced works for Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Fox. His projects have been supported by Ibermedia, INCAA, FSA, and others, with several Ibero-American titles currently in development.
Filmmaker from Chile, holds an MBA in performing arts management, and is a graduate of Institut d'Études Supérieures des Arts in Paris. Dedicated to exhibition, distribution and sales in Chile since 2010 for companies such as Cine//B, BF Distribution, the Chilean Ministry of Culture, Cine UDD and La Distribución, she works with directors such as Patricio Guzmán, Matías Bize, Alejandro Fernández Almendras, and Maite Alberdi. In 2022, she joined the French sales agency MPM Premium as the Head of Festivals collaborating with international directors such us Paz Encina, Ali Asgari, Claudia Varejão, and Hernán Rosselli. Today, with festivals, she handles sales and acquisitions in Ibero American territories.
Audiovisual and Culture passionate professional, Nicolas has been involved in film production, distribution and exhibition, event organisation, and is now audiovisual attaché for the French embassy in Brasil. Beyond private sector experience, he also worked in public policies in Korea and Canada.
In 1993 founded the CINELATINO Film Festival in Tübingen, Germany. He has been a member of the selection committee of the Locarno International Film Festival. Since 2010 he is doing international consulting and organization of Brasil CineMundi, Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Since 2016 works as teacher for Project Development Strategies in the Film school EICTV in Cuba. Regularly works as a tutor at the Talent Projects, Berlinale. From 2022 to 2024, he was designated Artistic Consultant for the Open Doors section of the Locarno Film Festival.

International sales agent and consultant. She is one of the founder partners of MoreThan Films, representing a diverse catalogue of daring and unique shorts and feature films. As consultant she works hand-in-hand with producers to apply to funds such as MEDIA, Eurimages, ICAA, ICEC. She started her professional career at Catalan Films, where she first joined as an intern and became Head of Shortcat (Catalonia's international short film promotion scheme) and consultant on international markets and festivals. She is an alumnus of Next Wave 2020, Locarno Industry Academy 2021 and Berlinale Talents 2024.
Raphaëlle Cittanova is the Industry Sessions Manager at Cannes Docs, the documentary industry platform of the Marché du Film at the Festival de Cannes, where she oversees networking events and co production meetings. She is also a producer at Itsi Bitsi Films, with over a decade of experience in documentary film production for cinema and television. In addition to her producing work, she works as a consultant for filmmakers and organizations across the documentary field.
